Very friendly and welcoming. Gave me a fair price for the jewelry I wanted to sell and had some beautiful pieces to buy as well.
Staff was excellent, they work efficiently but still give you excellent service even when busy. Not only the conversations I overheard with them but the ones they were having with other customers all sounded incredibly fair, honest, and knowledgeable. It's obvious they are experts at their trade and happy to educate their customers as well. I was introduced to this store by someone who's used them a long time. I only purchased at this time and not sold to them but the prices they were offering were very fair for the current market. The store is very nice, well lit, and comfortable. The area is safe and not too far from a major highway. They had an excellent combination of jewelry, bullion, and coins. I was primary interested in the coins for which requires a little more detailed review before making a purchase but they were gracious with their time and let me be sure I was comfortable with any piece I wanted to purchase - they even removed two coins from their cardboard holders for me to review the edges. Pleasant the entire time, good energy, honestly just feels like a shop you'd like to kill time in. I absolutely hope to make my way back up to them again soon for another opportunity to enjoy their store and pick up some additional great deals.

This shop is beyond amazing! You can tell it’s family ran by the way they make you feel! Great pieces and great prices. It shows you how business should be ran. They pay top dollar for gold and silver!!!

Absolutely the best jewelry store in the Kansas City metro area... they will bend over backwards to make sure each and every customer is satisfied. Unlike the large jewelry stores here you will get personalized service without all the huge overhead prices.

This place is AMAZING! We shopped multiple jewelers online and in person for wedding sets and they are by far the best and MOST AFFORDABLE! We couldn't believe the price for diamonds. But not only are they affordable they are a family owned business who have been in the area for 14 years. Such great people! Please consider them for all your jewelery purchases. Its definitely worth your time to go visit. I'll post photos when my ring is ready :)
